Toby is passionate about sharing his knowledge in awareness of the impact it can have on someone for the better. Toby hopes that his students can experience the quality of tuition he gratefully experienced growing up. Toby works towards the mutually agreed goals of his student’s and believes in the importance of music theory in his teaching but not to limit or harness a student’s voice and ability to explore. Toby also enjoys incorporating improvisation and music technology into his lessons. Toby’s focus is to be accessible and accommodating, working to the exact needs of his student’s and guiding them clearly through tough concepts and ideas.
